REGARDING MILL CREEK EXTERIOR PAINT

Mill Creek Paint Colors
The color of the houses and all other outdoor buildings in Mill Creek must
conform to a limited palette of colors. The original paint colors from Duron
are no longer available. A new set of colors that closely match the original
colors have been selected from the Olympic Paint Color chart (see list of
approved colors for houses and doors and trim below).
If you wish to paint your house or other outdoor structures you have
several options.
1. If you wish to paint your house the same color (assuming your house is
already an approved color) you may:
• Select the closest matching Olympic paint color (contact the
Architectural Review Committee for a color chart or go to the Olympic Paint
website (www.olympic.com)
• Take a paint chip to your favorite paint store and have them match the
color. Most professional painters will color match for you.
• Ask your favorite paint store to color match the Olympic paint color.
2. If you wish to change the color of your house you must first contact the
Architectural Review committee and receive permission to change the color
of your house. Our covenants stipulate that homeowners may not paint
their house the same color as their neighbors on either side. Once you
have selected a color and obtained approval from the committee you may
use the Olympic paint or ask your favorite paint store or painter to match
the Olympic paint color you have chosen.
3. If you wish to paint your mailbox please note that your mailbox must be
painted Beige Gray and NOT the color of your house. Mailbox paint is
